We are Karla & Katelyn, a mother-in-law/daughter-in-law duo with a passion for all things fashion! We are all about Christmas which is how our name first came to be in 2019. The Frosted Boutique, to us, means bringing women together, encouraging them through faith, and making sure they look and feel fabulous no matter the occasion.
