Refund policy

Returns

We hope that you LOVE all of your purchases from The Frosted Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

Purchases made online are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this time period, your item will not be eligible for return. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items must be unused & have tag attached to be eligible for return.  No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Returned item must include proof of purchase. Please include your packing slip with your returned item. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and send back in original packaging. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Final Sales

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale. Welcome codes do not apply and are eligible for return. 

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. If a final sale item is sent back, you will be charged a $5 reshipment fee for us to ship those items back to you.  

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at thefrostedboutique@outlook.com and forward photos of any damage along with your order number. 

Gifts

For returns of items marked as a "gift" when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.

Exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Free Gifts

If you receive a free gift with your purchase, and choose to return an item, you will receive Store Credit for the amount of the item less the gift amount.
